Greg Condra, founder
Greg Condra, a Kentuckiana native, helps small business owners with transactions and litigation including starting, buying, and selling businesses or subsidiary companies, business “divorces”, commercial/rental real estate, the generational transfer of the family business, and every day business issues such as reviewing contracts, partner disagreements, lease renewals, or a threatened lawsuit.
Mr. Condra also practices probate & estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney) helping people manage even complicated situations including business owners, the generational transfer of the family business, unmarried couples, second marriages, blended families, and spouses or children with unique needs. Recognized by his peers, and showing commitment to both sides of the river, Greg Condra is President of the Estate Planning Council of Metro Louisville and past President of the Southern Indiana Estate Planning Council.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Condra held various leadership roles with some of the country’s largest banks including responsibility as chairman of a commercial loan committee and chairman of the committee setting interest rates and fees for commercial and public sector deposits with a portfolio exceeding $7 billion. And, as credit policy chief for corporate payment systems, he led the relevant due diligence efforts for mergers and acquisitions. In another role, he led marketing to small businesses for one of the nation’s largest SBA lenders.
Mr. Condra is a former board member and treasurer for a leading nonprofit company providing more than $70 million of affordable housing by acting as developer and general partner in syndicating low-income housing tax credits. Mr. Condra is a past President of the Louisville Forum and since 2013 has been on its Board of Directors.
Mr. Condra clerked for a Federal Judge at the United States District Court, and previously was an Associate Instructor in Marketing at Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business where he taught a 300-level marketing course. Always ready with a fresh idea for a unique or complicated situation, he tested at the 95th percentile for creativity (Johnson O’Connor Research Foundation, Human Engineering Laboratory).
